I'll Take the Rain
By February Fortescue
Smooth sailing, we all want it
Floating along on a nice, cool breeze
But if wind never comes,
We'd drown at the slightest puff or sneeze.
Warm sunny day, light fluffy clouds,
Fun on a beautiful day
But if heat never beams down
We'll all wither away.
Sprinkling rain is romantic
On a lovely spring day
But if there's no downpour
We'd soon melt away.
I'll take the rain.

But if wind never comes,
We'd drown at the slightest puff or sneeze.
